Yes, the court is open to the public. The Criminal/Traffic public service transaction windows are open from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Yes, please refer to your courtesy notice for information on how to request a traffic court trial.

No, traffic court trials require an in-person appearance.

To ask the Court to consider your ability to pay due to a financial hardship and decide whether to approve a reduced fine with a payment plan or community service, you may request a judicial determination without the deposit of bail.
