Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY FINE IF THE COURT IS CLOSED?

A: To pay your fine when the Court is closed, you will find this link helpful: Online Payment Service . It provides a method for you to pay your fine online.

Q: I MAILED IN A PAYMENT, WILL IT STILL BE PROCESSED?

A: Yes, mail payments will still be processed but on a weekly basis.

Q: I HAVE A PAYMENT DUE DURING THE TIME THE COURT IS CLOSED, WHAT DO I DO?

A: The due date of a fine will be continuously extended 30 days during the period the Court is closed.

Q: WILL A FAILURE TO APPEAR HOLD BE PLACED ON MY DRIVER'S LICENSE DURING THE TIME THE COURT IS CLOSED?

A: No.

Q: WILL A CIVIL ASSESSMENT BE ADDED TO MY CASE DURING THE TIME THE COURT IS CLOSED?

A: No.

Q: WILL MY CASE BE SENT TO AN OUTSIDE COLLECTION AGENCY DURING THE TIME THE COURT IS CLOSED?

A: No.

Q: IF MY CASE IS ALREADY WITH ALLIANCE ONE OR GC SERVICES AND I MAKE A PAYMENT IN FULL WITH THEM, WILL THE DRIVER'S LICENSE HOLD BE REMOVED?

A: In most cases the driver's license hold will be removed the next business day. However, if you paid Alliance One or GC Services by check, it could take up to 30 days for them to notify the Court that the case has been paid in full.
